Sustainable Threads is primarily focused on wholesale of Fair Trade products, exclusively designed for us by our artisan partners. You may open an account with us and place orders online through our website. You can also place your order via email, phone or fax.

We have a simple log in page which opens when you click the "LOGIN/REGISTER” icon on the upper right hand corner on our website. Once you fill and submit this form, you will receive your password using which you can view the wholesale pricing, artisan images and how some of our products are made and also place an order online.
Prices on our website reflect wholesale prices either per piece or per set depending on how the item is packaged. Also all prices listed are FOB New Jersey unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are additional.
In servicing an order, we ship all available items and any unavailable items will be placed on backorder. By default backordered items ship separately as and when they become available. Please advise if you have specific back-order requests.
Make our product your own! We are happy to make changes to our existing collection or use our access to artisanal techniques to create something new for you. Working directly with our artisan partners allows us to offer the ability to customize and custom-make products. We are happy to offer private labels. Our past work includes:

Your Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If the option you prefer is not available at checkout please contact us or if you feel the rate quoted is not accurate please contact us. It is our goal to break even on shipping.
Yes. We require and request that you use the images from Sustainable Threads for the purpose of promoting products purchased from us.
All products come with hang tags or packaging that offers an insight into the product, process of creating it and the people behind it. Sustainable Threads also offers shelf talkers so you are able to educate your customers on why a particular product from us is exclusive. We usually send it with your first order.
We stand by the quality of our products. Given that our products are all handmade variation in weaves, sizes, colors are not considered defects, but signatures of the human hand! You may also encounter slight variations in the actual product and product images on our website, as image colors depend on each computer screen’s colors.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it or exchange it within 15 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Please call us at 732.940.7487 or write to us at email@example.com for prior approval of returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to defects or a result of our error. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment or in the case of an exchange/replacement, you will be shipped a replacement item as soon as possible.
Please inform us of a damaged or defective item as soon as possible. Please do not ship damaged products back to us unless we have pre-approved it. In the case of defects, we will cover cost of return and exchange shipment.
We will make an effort to make a refund soon after receiving the returned order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take about 2 weeks for us to receive your returned item and process your request.
